This seder plate, the only one of its kind, has been designed especially for vegetarians. An original photograph, featuring a beet, instead of a shankbone, has been reproduced on travertine marble. The vibrant, beautifully arranged photograph shows an apple, cinnamon sticks and a walnut to symbolize the charoset. Also depicted are a roasted egg, parsley and, for the bitter herb, horseradish. The horseradish is represented both by slices of the horseradish root and a curved piece of the root itself. The seder plate comes with 5 small glass dishes. A matching trivet of botticino tumbled marble is available.
The seder plate is twelve inches square and the trivet is eight inches square.
